We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join our thriving and forward-thinking Primary School in Brighton. This is a permanent role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to inspire and support pupils as they grow in independence and confidence during this vital stage of their education.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our Lower Key Stage 2 team. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that help pupils deepen their learning across the curriculum. You’ll play a vital role in building children's confidence, independence, and love of learning.

The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure that every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities





Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils in Year 3



Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment



Encourage curiosity, creativity, and resilience in all learners



Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to meet individual learning needs



Contribute to the school’s ethos of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement
