Out Of Office is the world's leading luxury LGBTQ+ travel agency, curating tailor-made trips to destinations around the world. From honeymoons in the Maldives to complex multi-stop itineraries across Asia, our focus is on service, detail, and getting it right.
We’re growing a small team of top-tier travel experts who want to be the best in the business. The role requires excellent rapport-building skills, strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve quickly when things change.
What you'll be doing:
Managing inbound travel enquiries and leading detailed sales conversations by phone and email
Designing tailored itineraries based on each client’s needs and travel style
Converting enquiries into high-value bookings through strong consultative selling
Acting as the main point of contact for your clients from enquiry through to travel
Working alongside our Operations Team to manage post-booking issues and adjustments when needed
Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure trips run smoothly
RequirementsWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for consultative advisors who understand the considerations that can shape travel for LGBTQ+ clients, from choosing the right destinations and hotels to structuring an itinerary that feels smooth and appropriate from start to finish. You know how to ask the right questions, guide clients with confidence, and build trips that are well thought through and seamless in delivery.
You’re comfortable owning the full sales process from enquiry through to travel, with a strong focus on both service and commercial outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards punchy sales targets, and are motivated by converting enquiries into high-value bookings.
2+ years in a travel sales role
Strong understanding of the luxury travel space, with personal travel experience and confidence discussing worldwide destinations in detail
Confident on the phone, strong consultative selling skills, and able to build long-term client relationships
Comfortable managing multiple bookings at once, handling changes, and thinking on your feet
Motivated by targets, commission, and building a repeat client base
Ready to step into a busy desk and pick things up quickly

Realistic first-year earnings of £37k+, increasing to £50k+ as you build a strong base of repeat clients. Top performers can earn £65k+

Working style:
Shifts between 9:30 - 20:00, with a mix of 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 finishes
Shifts between Monday - Sunday, usually working 1 weekend in 3
Opportunity to work from home at least 1 day per week
