Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will regularly visit customers to ensure their satisfaction with all aspects of our service.
In this role, you will:
- Achieve customer retention and sales targets
- Complete all visits according to schedule
- Work closely with the Customer Service Administrators
- Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary
- Keep accurate records where required
- Foster and maintain good working relations between customer, Company and colleagues
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
