Customer Service Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our customer services team as a Customer Service Advisor.

• Job Summary:
• This role involves providing exceptional customer service to customers who require assistance with their insurance claims, including those related to travel, injury, or medical emergencies.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing details from customers, answering questions, and creating case files for the insurance firm.
• Flexibility is essential in this role, as you may need to work different shifts, including Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen attentively to customers and capture their details accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
• Create case files for the insurance firm to process claims.

Requirements:

• A high level of empathy and excellent listening skills.
• Full training provided for this role.

Benefits:

• A competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• Paid weekly.
• Flexible working hours, including a 9am-5pm shift pattern (Monday to Friday).
• One Saturday shift every three weeks.
