Job Overview

To ensure that shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers, we require a skilled individual to efficiently and safely replenish stock in the store and warehouse areas.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth flow of goods from delivery to the shop floor, contributing to a positive customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock on the shop floor and warehouse areas according to the store's routines and safety standards.
• Ensure products are correctly placed, faced, and priced.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the team leader.
• Unload, sort, and move goods using appropriate equipment.
• Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report damaged or missing items and assist in resolving stock discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when approached on the shop floor.
• Direct customers to product locations or escalate queries to the appropriate team member.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
