Right on Brighton’s seafront, i360 brings together premium bars, a restaurant, café, events space, private hires and visitor experiences in one iconic destination. From laid-back daytime drinks and busy brunch trade to sunset cocktails, private events and packed summer weekends, this is a venue with serious atmosphere, pace and personality.

We’re looking for confident, energetic Bartenders to join the team and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of Brighton’s most exciting beachfront venues.

This is a role for people who love busy bars, great music, fast-paced service and creating an atmosphere guests want to come back for.




The Role

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering fast, friendly and high-quality service across the venue’s bars and events spaces.




You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and serving drinks to a high standardDelivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environmentCreating a fun, energetic atmosphere behind the barWorking confidently during busy services and eventsMaintaining cleanliness, organisation and bar standardsSupporting the wider team across the venue when neededFollowing licensing, health & safety and compliance procedures

About You

You’ll already have some experience working in busy bars, restaurants or hospitality venues and be confident working in fast-paced

services.
