What You’ll Be DoingAs an Administrator, you’ll provide essential support across HR, finance, procurement, and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with data entryProducing and analysing sales and financial reportsProcessing data including goods receipts, stock reports, and purchase reportsActing as the first point of contact for procurement helpdesk queriesPreparing recharge reports and ensuring accurate billingUpdating booking systems and internal databasesManaging and maintaining employee personnel filesOrganising and monitoring compliance documentation relating to:Health & SafetyFood SafetyTraining recordsMatrix monitoringUpdating training planners and coordinating training sessionsSupporting multiple regions as requiredProviding finance support during periods of absence or increased workloadWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointThe ability to learn new software systems quicklyStrong multitasking and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in an administrative or similar roleAn understanding of finance and accounting principles (desirable)What We OfferFull-time role, 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday working pattern – no evenings or weekendsFull training provided on siteOpportunities for career progressionA supportive and inclusive working environmentRecognition and rewards for outstanding performanceIf you’re a proactive and dependable administrator looking to join a business where your contribution truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
