Retail Sales Assistant (8 hours) Eastbourne at Flavour Warehouse: Brighton

Key Responsibilities ​

• ​
• Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met where possible
• Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team
• Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
• Share customer feedback and observations with the management team
• Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
• Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance
• Promote and ensure the good reputation of Vapouriz
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the scope of the role

Knowledge, Skills and Experience​

• ​
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products while maintaining high standards of customer care
• A vaper or have a keen interest in the vaping industry is desirable
• Reliable, trustworthy with good time management skills
