Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Lead by example and set high standards for your team members
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as necessary

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
