Now we're looking for a GEM (General Experience Manager / Store Manager) to lead our London Flagship Store.




What You'll Do

Lead and manage daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experienceDrive sales performance and exceed KPIs through strong commercial acumenBuild, mentor, and inspire a high-performing teamEnsure outstanding client experience aligned with Aromaria's brand valuesExecute visual merchandising and in-store storytelling at the highest standardIdentify growth opportunities and take initiative to improve store performanceAct as a brand ambassador, embodying our vision and energy


What We're Looking For

+5 years of experience as a Store Manager / GEM in luxury retail brandsProven experience in perfumery or fragrance-related industriesProven track record of success (sales growth, team performance, store development)Strong sales and business mindsetExceptional communication and leadership skillsHigh level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving abilityAbility to motivate, coach, and elevate teamsPassion for customer experience and brand storytellingPlus: Marketing mindset or experience (campaigns, activations, local partnerships)
