In this pivotal leadership role, you will not only manage daily store operations but also mentor and develop our staff, ensuring our store remains a beacon of excellence in customer service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Direct all operational aspects of the store, setting a stellar example for Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, and senior staff.
• Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with Senior Management and head office to deploy strategies that enhance store performance.
• Event Management: Take an active role in managing promotion days, peak periods, and seasonal events to maximise engagement and sales.
• Team Development: Conduct training sessions for staff, focusing on building the capabilities of new Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors.
• Quality Standards: Maintain impeccable standards in customer service, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness.
• Inventory and KPIs: Oversee inventory management and work closely with the Area Manager, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
• Performance Management: Address staff performance and attendance issues decisively and in accordance with company policies.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring all interactions align with our high standards.
• Scheduling: Efficiently manage staff schedules, holidays, and compliance with company policies.
• Compliance: Oversee health and safety standards and maintain responsibilities as the Designated Alcohol License Holder when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cultural Expertise: Knowledge of East Asian and South East Asian food & beverage products is advantageous.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
• Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety is crucial (Food Hygiene Level 2/3 or higher; training can be provided).
