We cannot sponsor or transfer ICT visas. **Role Overview:Join a trusted retail banking client where we already have a strong delivery presence. As part of the growing engagement, you’ll be a key contributor to a large-scale payments transformation programme, focused on legacy-to-digital migration of critical systems.This is a hands-on testing role, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless customer experience. Work closely with Test Managers, business analysts, and developers executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for real-time and faster payments systems.Key Responsibilities:Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testingValidate high-volume and real-time payment flows, including error handling & reconciliationSupport UAT cycles in collaboration with business usersLog, track, and manage defects through to closureCollaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and technology teamsProvide test evidence, status reporting, and metrics to Test ManagersSupport release validation, cutover planning, and production readinessKey Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience as a Senior Test Analyst in retail banking/financial servicesExperience with real-time/faster payments systemsKnowledge of legacy-to-digital transformation programmesStrong understanding of payments processing, transaction banking, and integration pointsExperience in System, Integration, Regression, and UAT testingStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder collaborationAwareness of test automation approaches – hands-on automation not requiredHighly Desirable:Knowledge of BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, ACH, RTGS, and SWIFTExperience in high-volume transaction banking environmentsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models in regulated banking#SeniorTestAnalyst #PaymentsTesting #RetailBanking #DigitalTransformation #RealTimePayments #LegacyToDigital #HybridWorking #ContractRole #OutsideIR35 #UAT #IntegrationTesting #RegressionTesting #ExistingClient #ClientExpansion
