Are you looking to shape the future of trade sales for two of the UK’s most respected travel brands?
At Saga, we are looking for a new Head of Trade Sales to play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue, market share and brand influence for Titan Travel and Saga Ocean & Rivers across the UK travel trade. This is not just a sales leadership role—it is a critical position at the heart of our growth strategy, tasked with elevating the impact of trade as a key commercial channel.
You will define and deliver a bold, modern trade strategy—strengthening our position with existing partners while reshaping and optimising our distribution to unlock new opportunities for growth. Success will come from making our partnerships work harder: driving greater productivity, building differentiated propositions, and ensuring Titan and Saga are consistently the preferred choice across agent networks, consortia and homeworking groups.
As a visible and hands-on leader, you will inspire and develop a high-performing national team while personally owning senior relationships across the trade. You will lead from the front, spending significant time in the market to build advocacy, unlock commercial growth, and ensure we remain front of mind with our most important partners.
This role requires someone who combines strategic clarity with executional pace—able to challenge the status quo, reset our current trade position, and deliver measurable step-change in performance. You will bring the energy, resilience and commercial instinct to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using insight, creativity and rigour to maximise return on investment and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Titan Travel is a brand owned and operated by Saga Travel Group (UK) Limited, effectively making them sister brands. Saga acquired Titan Travel in 2009, and while they are now part of the same group, Titan Travel continues to operate as a separate, though integrated, entity within the Saga Travel business.
This is a field-based role, and we would expect you to be on the road 3 days a week meeting with our trade partners. There will be the expectation that you will need to work flexible hours around industry and trade events as well as regular attendance at our Folkestone office.
