Role Overview

Souza Turismo UK provides travel planning and destination services for leisure and international travelers. The International Travel Operations Lead will oversee supplier relationships, itinerary operations, service standards, and travel fulfillment across multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain international travel operations procedures.Coordinate airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators, and destination partners.Review itinerary quality and customer-service performance.Monitor supplier service levels and commercial terms.Resolve complex operational issues.Develop operational KPIs and reporting.Support new destination and supplier onboarding.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.Qualifications

7+ years of travel, tourism, destination management, or hospitality operations experience.Strong knowledge of international travel processes.Experience managing supplier relationships.Strong commercial and analytical skills.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.Experience leading operational improvement projects.Pay: £72,000.00 per year
