We are seeking GDS proficient travel consultants who excel in creating tailor-made travel experiences.
This role is perfect for those with expertise in designing custom holidays and a strong understanding of long-haul destinations such as Australasia, Southeast Asia, the US & Canada, the Caribbean, and the Indian Ocean. Personal travel experience in these regions would be a significant advantage, along with a second European language, although this is not mandatory.
Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary up to £35k DOE, along with commission and various travel industry perks.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Consultant:
- Professional and efficient handling of telephone and email inquiries
- Creation of bespoke holidays to worldwide destinations
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey
- Managing post-sales requests, amendments, and inquiries
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Providing first-hand knowledge and destination advice
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a tailor-made travel reservations role - essential
- In-depth knowledge of a GDS - essential
- Strong ability to provide high levels of customer service with attention to detail
- Excellent sales skills with the capacity to meet monthly targets
- Comprehensive geographical and product knowledge of worldwide destinations
- Fluency in a modern European language is a plus (not required)
