Role Description

This is a remote role for a Travel Advisor with a flexible schedule.

The Travel Advisor will be responsible for creating personalized travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting clients with their travel needs.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and booking travel itineraries, offering expert guidance on destinations, and providing timely communication to ensure memorable and smooth travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
Experience in organizing and managing Travel Arrangements for clients
Familiarity with Travel Agency operations and industry tools
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible work environment
Knowledge of global tourism destinations and sustainable tourism practices is an advantage
Relevant certifications in travel and tourism or equivalent professional experience preferred
