BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

The Role
This is a field-based marketing position where you'll represent our brand partners directly with customers in residential and event settings.
Day to day, you'll be:
Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidenceRepresenting established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environmentContributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performanceDeveloping your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experienceNo two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.
Training & Development
You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:

Who We're Looking For
You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:
A genuine interest in people and communicationA preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based rolesA competitive edge and a willingness to be coachedFull-time availability and the ability to work on-site in LondonExperience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus - but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.
