Role of Worldwide Luxury Travel Specialist:
Booking a wide selection of luxury worldwide travel products, including tailor-made bespoke itineraries
Working with clients directly and liaising with agents/suppliers
Forging strong relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
Offering product / destination advice and itinerary suggestions
Achieving sales targets
Skills required for the role:
Previous travel agency sales/tour operator experience - essential
Luxury travel product knowledge - essential
Strong sales ability / able to achieve sales targets
Excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail
Confident and professional telephone manner
